About the role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sardhara Medical, you will lead the mechanical design of life-supporting extracorporeal devices — from concept through verification and manufacturing transfer. You will work in a design-controlled environment alongside clinicians, quality specialists and manufacturing engineers to turn complex clinical challenges into robust, manufacturable systems.
Responsibilities
Own the mechanical design of pump housings, circuits and console assemblies.
Create and maintain CAD models, drawings and specifications under design control.
Run tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA reviews and design verification testing.
Collaborate with quality on risk management and design history files.
Support manufacturing transfer and first-article inspection.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
4-7 years of medical device or precision engineering experience.
Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or equivalent) and GD&T fluency.
Familiarity with ISO 13485 / design controls is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
